The construction of our homes comprise of  steel exterior frame and Insulated with  expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation wallboard on the interior. Every unit comes fully finished in the interior with A/C  which also doubles as an heater for the winter months.

Aunit Enterprises Incorporated imports modular homes built with a fully galvanized steel exterior frame and expanded polystyrene (EPS) interior wallboard insulation. The main top and bottom beams use 80 × 140 × 3.0 mm square tubing, with formed crossbeam sections and steel columns. This construction is designed to provide a practical, durable foundation for comfortable living and flexible use.

 It is important to point out that the external walls have a R rating EPS of 75mm and the internal walls have R rating of 50mm for a total of  125mm this is 5 inches of EPS plus a vapor barrier.  This  delivers thermal performance  between R-20 to R-22 meeting the residential benchmark standard used across Canada.

The installation process is fairly easy we estimate about 3- 4 hours for a crew of 2 or more. 

Every unit comes pre-wired with CE certified wiring, a breaker box and a plug and play system from your unit to your power source.

All units comes with a certified pluming system for your water supply to the  house and water disposal from the house of  grey water and sewage into an external septic system.
